If you are facing this error on Windows 8 " Driver IRQL not less or equal "

• Disconnect all external connected devices Except keyboard and mouse
• Just right click on start and you will see there are two types of Command Prompt & Command Prompt (Admin) so open that Admin one
• And just type sfc /scannow
• And wait for some time it will take some time 
• Once it Done just Restart pc

That's it and you solve it.
